1. The service
Tilezza provides map tile delivery (vector and raster) via API. The service is operated by Digital Dynamics from EU infrastructure. During the current early-access phase all paid tiers are disabled; the Free tier is provided as described on the pricing page.
2. Free tier & fair use
The Free tier is intended for evaluation and non-commercial use. It includes 100,000 tile units per calendar month per account, a rate limit of 15 requests/second per API key, and up to 3 API keys. Exceeding the monthly quota or the rate limit results in tile requests being declined (HTTP 429). Production and commercial deployments require a paid tier (available soon — early adopters can contact us for interim arrangements). Creating multiple accounts to circumvent quotas, scraping bulk tile archives, or reselling raw tile access is not permitted.
3. Attribution
Maps displayed with Tilezza tiles must retain the attribution included in our styles: "© OpenStreetMap contributors © Protomaps". Map data is licensed under ODbL.
4. Availability & liability
The Free tier is provided "as is" without an SLA. We operate the service with care (health monitoring, EU redundancy for data builds) but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (for the Free tier: zero).
5. Termination & changes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend keys or accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page at least 14 days in advance.

7. Accuracy of data
Map data, place information and other content come largely from third-party and open sources (for example OpenStreetMap contributors, Overture Maps, public authorities) and from submissions by users and business owners. They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. All content is provided for information only; it is not suitable for navigation, safety, legal or financial decisions, and we give no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Exclusion of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or data loss, nor for damage arising from reliance on the data, from content submitted by third parties, or from interruptions of the service.
9. Content submitted by users
Where users or business owners submit content (for example in the Tilezza Helytár), the submitter is responsible for it and warrants that they are entitled to publish it. For such content we act as a hosting service provider (Article 6 of the EU Digital Services Act, DSA) and have no general obligation to monitor it (Article 8 DSA). By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, unlimited-in-time, transferable and sublicensable licence to store, edit, publish and distribute it, including through our API and partner services. To the extent permitted by law, the submitter shall hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from content they submitted unlawfully.
10. Requests, complaints and response times
We handle requests in writing only, at info@digitaldynamics.hu; we do not offer telephone support.
- Data-protection requests (GDPR Articles 15–22): answered within one month of receipt. Where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by two further months; we will tell you about any extension within the first month (GDPR Article 12(3)). Where we have reasonable doubts about your identity we may ask for additional information (Article 12(6)); manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may be refused or subject to a reasonable fee (Article 12(5)).
- Notices of illegal content (Article 16 DSA): handled in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner. If we restrict content, we give the reasons (Article 17 DSA).
- All other requests (data corrections, feature requests, general enquiries): handled as our capacity allows; we do not undertake any response deadline. Corrections take effect with the next scheduled data update.
11. Intellectual property and database rights
The design, software and texts of our services, the selection and arrangement of the data and our own datasets are protected by copyright and by the database maker’s right (Directive 96/9/EC). Open data remain available under their original licences — please obtain them from the original source. Systematic or automated extraction of substantial parts of our services, circumventing technical limits, or reusing our pages to build a competing service is not permitted, except where the applicable open licence or the law allows it.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes fall under the courts competent for our registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules: consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence and may also bring proceedings there.
